CEB Baggage Guidelines and Upgrade Options

Checked baggage allowance is only included in our GO Easy and GO Flexi fare bundles:

For every 20kg of prepaid baggage allowance, you are entitled to bring one (1) piece of checked baggage.
β Baggage Upgrade and Extra Piece Purchase
Baggage allowance upgrade
- If you need to increase the weight of your 20kg checked baggage:
- You may upgrade by 4kg, 8kg, or up to 12kg.
- βοΈ Upgrading the weight does not change the number of pieces allowed.
Purchasing extra pieces of baggage
- If you need to purchase more pieces of checked baggage:
- You can purchase up to a maximum of three (3) pieces via our mobile app or website.
- Each piece has a base weight of 20kg.
- If you need more than three pieces, additional baggage can be purchased at the airport, for a fee.
Purchasing large or specialized items
- If you need to bring larger or specialized items, such as instruments or religious items:
- You may consider the CEB Special Baggage Add-on.
- CEB Special Baggage is only available on the Cebu Pacific mobile app.
π Hand-carry allowance
- All passengers have 7kg hand-carry allowance.
- You are allowed to bring:
- One (1) piece of hand-carry baggage that fits in the overhead bin (within 22in x 14in x 10in) and;
- One (1) piece to store under the seat in front of you (within 8in x 8in x 14in).
- The maximum for hand-carry bags is two (2) pieces, with a total weight of 7kg.

Some examples of a hand-carry item include the following:
- Cabin-size trolley/luggage
- Backpack or laptop/camera bag
- Sling bag, handbag, shoulder bag or small purse
- Items purchased inside the airport, including Duty Free Items (DFI), donuts, fruit boxes, etc.
- Baby bag, medical-related items or food items not accepted for check-in
