Traveling with Service and Emotional Support Animals
Cebu Pacific welcomes dogs onboard as either service animals or emotional support animals. No other animals are allowed in the cabin.

Description
🐶 What's the difference?
| Type | Description |
| Service Dog | Trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with reduced mobilities (i.e., seeing eye / hearing dog). |
| Emotional Support Dog | Provides comfort and emotional stability to help ease anxiety and depression through companionship. Not task-trained. |
General Guidelines:
- Make sure to declare that you'll be bringing your dog with you at the time of booking or via Manage Booking.
- Only one (1) dog is allowed per flight.

📋 Travel Requirements

🐾 Accessories & Setup
- Service Dogs: Must be securely leashed at all times; not required to wear a mouth-restraint device (i.e., muzzle, mouthguard, mouth cover, collar).
- Emotional Support Dogs: Allowed inside a soft carrier that fits under the seat (approx. 8in x 8in x 14in).
- If inside a soft carrier, a leash and mouth-restraint device are not required.
- If outside a soft carrier, both a leash and a mouth‑restraint device are required.
💺 Seating Guidelines
- Dogs cannot occupy a seat or be seated in the exit row.
- Must fit on your lap or within your legroom.
Recommended setup:
- Sit by the window with your dog between you and the window.
If your dog is too large:
- You may be moved to a seat with extra space (if available).
- If the flight is full, you may be rebooked to a later flight to accommodate you and your dog better.

🧼 Hygiene & Comfort
- Service and emotional support dogs must wear pet diapers and sit on moisture-absorbing material.
- Alternatively, provide a document stating your dog does not need to relieve itself during the flight.
🌎 Government Clearances
- All animals imported, transhipped, or exported to/from Singapore require a valid Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) license.
