📋 Travel Requirements

1. Document confirming the service dog has been trained	1. Document with letterhead from your medical doctor supporting the need for emotional support animal

🐾 Accessories & Setup

For both service and emotional support dogs:

• Must be securely muzzled, leashed, and harnessed all the time.
• Accepted muzzle types:
  • Soft muzzle
  • Basket-type muzzle
  • e-Collar
  • Soft collar

For emotional support dogs only:

• May be kept in a soft carrier that fits under the seat (approx. 8in x 8in x 14in).

 

💺 Seating Guidelines

• Dogs cannot occupy a seat or be seated in the exit row.
• Must fit on your lap or within your legroom.

Recommended setup:

• Sit by the window with your dog between you and the window.

If your dog is too large:

• You may be moved to a seat with extra space (if available).
• If the flight is full, you may be rebooked to a later flight to accommodate you and your dog better.
• To guarantee space, purchase an extra seat. Chat with us so we can help you purchase an extra seat.

 

🧼 Hygiene & Comfort

• Service and emotional support dogs must wear pet diapers and sit on moisture-absorbing material.
• Alternatively, provide a document stating your dog does not need to relieve itself during the flight.

• Check for any required clearances from relevant authorities.
