Adding an Infant to Your Booking

Know more about how to add an infant passenger below two (2) years old to your confirmed booking.

Overview

✈️ General Guidelines:

You cannot add another guest to an existing booking, except for infants below 2 years old at the time of travel.
To correct or change your passenger type, e.g., from Child to Adult
- Please chat with us to reach out to a live agent who can help process your request.
If your infant or child will change passenger types during the travel period, please book separate one-way flights instead.

Passenger Type / Age of Guest	Policy
🧒 Child 2−6 years old	Please note that, due to system limitations, it is not possible to book a child (aged 2-6 years) online without an accompanying adult. Please chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can help you book a flight.
👶 Infant Below 2 years old	You can add an Infant to your booking up to 2 hours before departure! Simply head to Manage Booking to make this change. This is limited to Infant on Lap only, which means the child will not occupy a seat. A MyCebuPacific Account is required to make booking changes. A small service fee will be charged to add an infant to your booking. 💡 To add an infant to only one flight in your booking, please chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can process your request.

Here are some common troubleshooting steps you can try:

General Troubleshooting
👤 Are you logged in?	You need to log into the MyCebuPacific account of your booking to make changes: MyCebuPacific account
🔍 Can't find your booking?	You may have to add the booking to your account. Follow these steps: Add/link an existing booking to your account
🗂️ Do you have a group or travel agency booking?	Please contact your agent / coordinator directly to make changes. Learn more here: Booking with Cebu Pacific
✈️ Did you book on an unauthorized third-party platform?	You may have difficulty managing your booking as these platforms may issue booking reference numbers not recognized by our system. ⌛️ Is it less than 2 hours before your flight?	You cannot make any changes to flights less than 2 hours away.
