If you converted the value of your booking while you were logged into your account, then your Travel Fund is in your account. Otherwise, it's in the original booking reference. The main difference is that if your Travel Fund is in your MyCebuPacific account, then it's non-expiry and you can use it to book a flight or pay for add-ons for anyone.
Otherwise, if your Travel Fund remains to be in your original booking reference, then it can only be used for guests in that booking.
