๐ This article is about voluntary rebooking/cancelations.
If your flight has been disrupted, or you want to rebook / cancel your flight due to medical reasons or death, please check out these articles:
๐ Rebooking
You can rebook to a different flight date or time up to two (2) hours before your scheduled departure!
Simply head to Manage Booking to make the change.

- ๐ค A MyCebuPacific Account is required to make booking changes.

๐ก You cannot change the destinations or the sequence of your flight.
- โ There is no limit to the number of times you can rebook your flight.
๐ โโ๏ธ Cancelation
For no-show flights, or flights that have been unused:
- The fare and all other fees will be forfeited
- Your flight will be considered flown
Should your travel plans change, you can cancel your flight with the GO Flexi Fare Bundle or the CEB Flexi Add-on.
If you don't have this bundle or add-on, you can still rebook your flight via Manage Booking. Otherwise, cancelation and conversion to Travel Fund are only available under the following conditions:
- โ If your flight was canceled by us; or
- โ๏ธ If your flight had a schedule change of at least one (1) hour; or
- ๐ You were denied entry by immigration
๐ก One-way and round-trip flights originating from Incheon, South Korea and booked with KRW currency are eligible for voluntary refund processing even without GO Flexi or CEB Flexi.
- โ ๏ธ Important Note: Beginning May 12, 2026, canceled flights departing from Incheon will be eligible for refund only, as the Travel Fund option will no longer be available.
